Front Dumper

Front Dumper

Front dumpers, also known as front-end dump trucks or front-end dumpers, are heavy-duty vehicles used in construction, mining, and various other industries to transport and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, rocks, or other bulk materials. These vehicles are equipped with a front-mounted dump body that can be hydraulically raised to tip its contents out of the front of the truck.

Key features of front dumpers which ROBOTIC EQUIPMENTS provide include :

  • Front-Mounted Dump Body : Unlike traditional dump trucks where the bed is located at the rear of the vehicle, front dumpers have their dump body mounted in the front, just behind the cab. This configuration allows for precise and controlled dumping of materials.
  • High Tipping Angle : Front dumpers can achieve a higher dumping angle compared to rear dump trucks, which is especially useful when dumping materials into elevated areas or over obstacles.
  • Versatility : Our Front dumpers are versatile and can be used in various applications, including construction sites, mining operations, quarries, and road construction. They are well-suited for transporting heavy and abrasive materials.
  • Better Visibility : Front dumpers provide the operator with excellent visibility of the dumping process, which enhances safety and allows for more accurate positioning when unloading materials.
  • Hydraulic System : These vehicles rely on a hydraulic system to raise and lower the dump body. The hydraulics provide the power needed to lift heavy loads and tilt the dump body for unloading.
  • Off-Road Capability : We provide Front dumpers which are designed to navigate rough and uneven terrain, making them suitable for off-road applications. Their robust suspension and powerful engines enable them to handle challenging conditions.
Features
  • Front dumper is a drum lifting and dumping equipment.
  • Capacity ranges from minimum to 500 kgs.
  • In this dumper the drum is clamped to the cradle of the dumper at the ground level and can be lifted to a desired level to dump the material in a hopper or a vessel. The dumping in this type is in the front of the operator.
  • Drum can tilt upside down through 180 degrees and can be held tilted at any angle.
  • Available in stationary as well as mobile modes.
  • Rigid in construction.
  • At any height the material in the drum can be dumped by the operator standing on the ground level.
