Standard Hydraulic Pallet Truck

A standard hydraulic pallet truck, also known as a pallet jack or pallet lifter, is a material handling device commonly used in warehouses, factories, and distribution centers to move palletized loads. It is designed to lift and transport pallets and heavy loads within a relatively small area. Here are the key features and components of a standard hydraulic pallet truck :

Available in following two standard sizes :

We ROBOTIC EQUIPMENTS make available to our clients STANDARD HYDRAULIK PALLET TRUCK with following special characteristics

  • Forks : Our pallet truck has two long, parallel forks that extend outward from the front of the machine. These forks slide under the pallet to lift it.
  • Hydraulic Pump : The hydraulic system is the core component of our pallet truck. It includes a hydraulic pump, which is operated by a lever or handle, and hydraulic fluid. When the operator pumps the handle, it creates hydraulic pressure that lifts the forks and the load.
  • Load Capacity : We provide Standard hydraulic pallet trucks which come in various load capacity options, typically ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds (907 to 2,268 kilograms). The specific capacity depends on the model and design.
  • Wheels : We supply Pallet trucks having two large wheels at the back, typically made of rubber or polyurethane, and two smaller wheels or rollers at the front. The larger wheels provide stability and ease of movement, while the smaller front wheels allow for maneuverability.
  • Handle / Control : The operator uses a handle or control lever to raise, lower, and steer the pallet truck. By pumping the handle, the operator raises the forks, and by releasing it, the forks lower back down.
  • Fork Length : The length of the forks varies, but they are typically around 48 inches (1.22 meters) long. Longer forks are available for handling larger or specialized pallets.
  • Safety Features : ROBOTIC EQUIPMENTS manufacture Pallet trucks which often include safety features such as a hand brake or parking brake to secure the truck when it's not in use. Some models also have additional features like overload protection and a slow lowering valve for added safety.
  • Durability : These pallet trucks are built to withstand the rigors of industrial use. They are constructed with robust materials to ensure durability and longevity.
